Forrester highlights Jobvite as a prime example of technology that can bring your candidate engagement to life with more relevant communications and better brand experiences. Jobvite’s own research shows that only 11% of visitors to your recruitment website will actually apply, and referrals are the most efficient channels, producing 37% of referrals – so they know a thing or two about connecting you with the people you need. And, as Forrester shows, they’re doing something about it.

The Report – which draws assessments from analysts, research associates, vendor response teams and customer references – gave particularly high scores to Jobvite in both the “Current Offering” and “Strategy” categories. Beyond calling the product suite a “clear leader with deep social tool functionality” Forrester stressed that “customers give Jobvite high marks for ease-of-use, satisfaction in product performance, implementation, sourcing candidates and providing metrics on sourcing solutions.” Praise indeed.

These scores are no accident. From its inception, Jobvite understood that the talent market needed a comprehensive recruiting solution, not just ‘another ATS’ tacked onto a traditional HR suite.
